Social Event
Palazzo Colonna

Sponsored By:
The History Channel Italy, part of Fox International Channels Italy

The Galleria Colonna is a fine example of Renaissance architecture in central Rome. Dating back to the 13th Century, the palace is the family seat of the Colonna family, one of the most important noble and historic families in Italy. Expanded in the 18th and 19th Century, the Palace boasts an impressive collection of original masterpieces from painters such as Bronzino, Tintoretto and Reni.
Buses depart the Rome Cavalieri Hilton at 18:45. Delegates will be guided through the Galleria through to the Grand Hall where the cocktail reception will be held. Music will be provided by Armonia Antiqua, a quartet that performs music from 13th and 17th centuries on period instruments.
Our evening is hosted by The History Channel Italy, part of Fox International Channels Italy.
Buses will return to the Rome Cavalieri Hilton starting at 22:00. Following the reception, taxis will be available for those delegates who would like to travel to central Rome to continue on for your own dinner plans. Taxi fares are not included as part of this social event.
