Independent Producer Registration Form

The Independent Producer Rate was established to differentiate between broadcasters and the independent producers who make programs for broadcasters. We do ask that you provide a company profile (max 300 words) for our information. Please include a brief summary of business conducted during your most recent fiscal year.

Independent Producer Early Bird Rate

Register by October 15, 2005.
Receive a discount on the Registration Fee. This specially discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERABLE (subject to a $50 CDN handling fee). Transfer requests must be received in writing by fax to 1-403-678-3357 or email to history.registration@achillesmedia.com. A registration form for the new delegate must be faxed to our office along with payment instructions for the applicable fees. (Standard Early Bird Registration Rate is $1150 CDN)
 

Independent Producer Congress Registration Fee

This rate is REFUNDABLE (subject to a $100 CDN handling fee) until November 15th, 2005. All cancellation requests must be made in writing no later than November 15th. This rate is TRANSFERABLE (subject to a $50 CDN handling fee). For transfers, a registration form for the new delegate must be faxed to our office along with payment instructions for the applicable fees. Cancellation and transfer requests can be submitted by fax to 1-403-678-3357 or email to history.registration@achillesmedia.com. (Standard Congress Registration Rate is $1425 CDN)
